    JOB SUMMARY

    NOTE:  This is a FLEX Associate Engagement  

    Position type: Full-Time

    Role Responsibilities/Duties:

    • Produce sketches, wireframes, personas, and prototypes to communicate experience design.
    • Develop innovative design concepts and strategy visualizations for mobile apps.
    • Ensure quality experiences through participation in user acceptance testing.
    • Utilize prototyping, user testing, and research to inform design decisions.
    • Present and articulate design solutions and rationale effectively.
    • Engage in critiques and share insights to contribute to team growth.
    • Respect and contribute to the evolving design system.
    • Challenge existing processes to enhance team effectiveness.

     

     

    Qualifications:

    • 5+ years of relevant UX/product design experience with demonstrated leadership.
    • Strong portfolio demonstrating design craft, creative direction, and user-centered thinking.
    • Experience with large-scale global digital apps, preferably in commerce or travel.
    • Proficiency in UX/UI, visual design, and interaction design.
    • Ability to translate complex design challenges into user-friendly experiences.
    • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
    • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
    • Stakeholder management skills with flexibility in fast-paced environments.

     

    Competencies:

    • Exceptional visual design skills and aesthetic sense.
    • Ability to balance user, business, and technical needs effectively.
    • Attention to detail in interaction, visual, and motion design.
    • User-centric mindset with holistic problem-solving abilities.
    • Deadline-driven with proactive communication and project management skills.
    • Proficiency in Agile/SAFE development methodologies.

     

    Nice to Have:

    • Experience in commerce or travel-related digital products.
    • Superior communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Familiarity with Agile/SAFE development methodologies.

     

    Additional Responsibilities:

    • Work independently while knowing when to escalate issues.
    • Foster relationships with other teams to advance initiatives.
    • Present work clearly and confidently, explaining complex matters.
    • Perform other duties as assigned by manager.
