    JOB SUMMARY

This role focuses on designing loyalty-centric web products with a data-driven approach, optimizing enrollment, onboarding, and member engagement.

     

    Role Responsibilities/Duties:

    • Design loyalty-focused web products, aligning with short-term tactical and long-term strategic objectives.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional digital experiences.
    • Provide design direction to internal and external designers, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
    • Champion user-centric design principles while driving enrollment and member retention.
    • Communicate effectively through compelling visuals and deliverables.
    • Produce sketches, wireframes, personas, journey maps, and prototypes as needed.
    • Utilize industry best practices to inform design decisions and recommendations.
    • Stay abreast of industry trends, continuously updating skills and applying new knowledge.

     

    Qualifications:

    • 5+ years of relevant experience in digital product design.
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
    • Proficiency in interaction design and visual design.
    • Experience with large-scale global digital products within the commerce space.
    • Strong understanding of enrollment optimization and member retention strategies.
    • Familiarity with customer segmentation and personalization.
    • Proven ability to deliver concepts and prototypes across multiple platforms.
    • Superior communication and presentation skills.

    • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
    • Self-confidence and enthusiasm in promoting UX best practices.
    • Adaptability to Agile/SAFE development methodologies.
    • Effective collaboration with various user experience disciplines.

     

    Nice to Have:

    • Experience with Agile/SAFE development methodologies.
    • Superior communication and interpersonal skills. 

     

    Core Work Activities:

    • Produce sketches, wireframes, and prototypes as needed for communication and visualization.
    • Provide subject matter expertise on key functional systems to guide strategic initiatives.
    • Reference and contribute to the Design System Manager for consistent design elements.
    • Ensure quality experience on live digital products through user acceptance testing.
    • Stay updated on industry trends and apply new knowledge to strategic opportunities.
    • Collaborate with various user experience disciplines to enhance digital touchpoints.

     

    Managing Work, Projects, and Policies:

    • Provide accurate time estimates for project planning.
    • Meet deadlines and report impediments promptly.
    • Manage multiple assignments effectively.
    • Accept and provide constructive critique professionally.
    • Communicate regularly and transparently with teammates.

     

    Additional Responsibilities:

    • Develop relationships with other teams to advance initiatives.
    • Present work with clarity and confidence.
    • Perform other duties as assigned by manager.
