    JOB SUMMARY

    NOTE:  This is a FLEX Associate Engagement  

    Position type: Full-Time

     

     

    The Senior Manager, Revenue Management Analytics, leads the One Yield analytics project, focusing on rooms inventory, pricing, segmentation, group bookings, and user system interactions. Collaborating with leaders, Revenue Management partners, and analytics teams, this role supports pricing and mix analysis, emphasizing key components such as Revenue Management system value and user system interaction accuracy.

     

    Role Responsibilities/Duties:

    • Design and execute analyses for the One Yield analytics project.
    • Collaborate with leaders, Revenue Management partners, and other analytics teams to support pricing and mix analysis.
    • Focus on areas such as rooms inventory, pricing, segmentation, group bookings, and user system interactions.
    • Address topics including Revenue Management system value, user system interaction accuracy, retail pricing overrides, and related analytics.
    • Work closely with customers to understand their requirements and manage project aspects such as data sources and timelines.
    • Conduct rigorous business and statistical analyses.

     

    Qualifications:

    • 6+ years of relevant work experience in data analysis, financial analysis, revenue management analysis, or pricing strategies, with a 4-year degree in Data Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or quantitative discipline; OR 8+ years of relevant professional experience demonstrating progressive career growth.
    • Advanced degree in Business Administration or quantitative discipline preferred.
    • Experience analyzing large data sets, developing and implementing effective project plans.
    • Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to handle complex projects with little supervision.
    • Strong data analysis skills, including querying and manipulation of large data sets, independently structuring analysis, synthesizing insights into visualizations, and applying knowledge of data modeling and statistical analysis techniques.
    • Experience managing and defining transformational strategies for business units.
    • Proficiency in SQL, Python, Tableau, R, and Microsoft Office.
