    JOB SUMMARY

    NOTE:  This is a FLEX Associate Engagement  

    Position type: Full-Time

     

    The Owner & Franchise Transactions Support Specialist plays a crucial role in the administrative and project management functions of the Owner & Franchise Transactions team. This position involves preparing transaction-related documents, managing due diligence processes, generating reports, and maintaining interactive document templates. The Support Specialist is essential for ensuring the efficiency and accuracy of transaction-related activities.

     

    Role Responsibilities/Duties:

    • Prepare transaction-related correspondence and documents.
    • Manage transaction due diligence and announcements.
    • Generate, maintain, and distribute reports using the internal database (OASIS).
    • Oversee the comfort letter process, including due diligence requests, billing, and accounting.
    • Update and manage interactive document templates.
    • Maintain FDD Receipts and assist in creating/editing process documents.
    • Process Application Fee Check Payments and Refunds.

     

    Qualifications:

    • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Teams, Word, and Excel.
    • Database Proficiency: Able to create, edit, and maintain records, generate lists and reports, run queries, and edit template documents.
    • Filing: Organize, manage, and update electronic files.
    • Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
    • Strong time management skills.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Strong work ethic and ability to work independently as well as with a diverse team.

     

    Competencies:

    • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in using Microsoft Office and database management.
    • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage and organize electronic files and documents.
    • Attention to Detail: Meticulous in preparing documents and managing records.
    • Time Management: Efficiently prioritize and manage tasks to meet deadlines.
    • Communication: Clear and effective written and verbal communication.
    • Independence: Capable of working independently and collaboratively within a diverse team.
    • Education: Associate degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and work experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired.
