    Position type: Full-Time


    Integral member of the Enterprise Products team, responsible for discovering and implementing Global Technology application and integration capabilities to facilitate Marriott's M&A growth opportunities. Collaborates with internal and external teams to expand brands and partnerships, supporting strategic growth targets and Marriott's vision as the "World’s Favorite Travel Company".


    Role Responsibilities/Duties:

    • Lead planning and implementation of application/integration development and testing for growth opportunities.
    • Setup & configure new brands across Marriott’s technical systems.
    • Identify opportunities for workflow improvements and task automation to streamline brand setup process.
    • Support discovery for growth opportunities, facilitate solution design, and estimate cost and time required for technical work units.
    • Provide thought leadership on technical designs, risk management, financial management, and status reporting to stakeholders.
    • Facilitate lessons learned from projects to improve the Global Technology application/integration development playbook.
    • Direct technology development, including cost estimation, budget management, and delivery strategy definition.
    • Collaborate with business analysts and engineers to define user stories, acceptance criteria, and detailed requirements.



    • 4-year degree from an accredited university, preferably in a technology and business discipline.
    • 7+ years of experience in project management, issue/risk management, and meeting facilitation.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate between technical and nontechnical audiences.
    • Experience implementing new business applications with complex technology integration and business process change.
    • Direct management experience of cross-functional teams.
    • Ability to analyze data, draw conclusions, and develop recommendations.
    • Strong organizational and analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple high-complexity efforts.
    • Ability to establish clear communication and storytelling via presentations, key performance metrics, and reports.
