    JOB SUMMARY

    NOTE:  This is a FLEX Associate Engagement  

    Position type: Full-Time

     

    As a Technical Onboarding Coordinator for Homes & Villas by Marriott Bonvoy, you'll collaborate with internal and external teams to onboard Home Management Companies (HMCs) onto the platform. Your role involves managing technical setups, troubleshooting, and ensuring seamless connectivity, ultimately measured by the number of connected listings and onboarding efficiency.

     

    Role Responsibilities/Duties:

    • Serve as a connectivity subject matter expert, facilitating the onboarding process for Home Management Companies.
    • Manage HMC setup on HVMB systems (Salesforce, Portal, HMC ID) and ensure compliance with platform requirements.
    • Coordinate content, calendar availability, fees, amenities, and address to meet HVMB standards.
    • Conduct high-level technology troubleshooting and seek timely resolutions for technical issues.
    • Publish units to the HVMB platform and ensure accurate listing representation.
    • Propose and implement system and process enhancements to improve efficiency.
    • Perform additional duties as necessary to support onboarding processes.

     

    Qualifications:

    • High school diploma or GED with 4 years' experience in business, sales, marketing, or related areas; OR Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or equivalent.
    • Strong project management and organizational skills with a customer-centric approach.
    • Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
    • Professional demeanor with confident, independent judgment.
    • Analytical mindset with excellent interpersonal skills.
    • Experience in a business role interfacing with technical teams is preferred.
