    JOB SUMMARY

    NOTE:  This is a FLEX Associate Engagement  

    Position type: Full-Time

     

    The Technical Onboarding Coordinator facilitates the seamless integration of Home Management Companies (HMCs) onto the Homes & Villas by Marriott Bonvoy (HVMB) platform. Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, this role ensures efficient onboarding, troubleshooting, and optimization of listings.

     

    Role Responsibilities/Duties:

    • Serve as a connectivity subject matter expert for onboarding HMCs post-contracting and Due Diligence completion.
    • Manage HMC setup on HVMB systems (Salesforce, Portal, HMC ID).
    • Ensure compliance with HVMB requirements regarding content, availability, fees, amenities, and addresses, facilitating seamless technical connections.
    • Conduct high-level technology troubleshooting, open tickets, and seek timely resolutions.
    • Publish units to the HVMB platform.
    • Propose and implement enhancements to systems and processes.
    • Perform other relevant duties as assigned.

     

    Qualifications:

    • High school diploma or GED with 4 years’ experience in business, sales, marketing, management operations, or related fields OR a 4-year degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or equivalent.
    • Proficiency in project management and organization with a customer service orientation.
    • Demonstrated ability to deliver results under pressure, effectively prioritize tasks, and execute them.
    • Professional demeanor with the ability to make confident, independent judgments.
    • Analytical thinking skills coupled with strong interpersonal abilities.
    • Preference for experience in a business-facing role heavily interfacing with technical teams.

    Please note that this is a hybrid position requiring in-person attendance at HQ every Wednesday and one week per month from Monday to Thursday.
