    JOB SUMMARY

    NOTE:  This is a FLEX Associate Engagement  

    Position type: Full-Time

     

    Seeking a skilled UAT Analyst to ensure the seamless deployment of a new Salesforce application for our client's reservations systems. Responsible for validating the application's functionality and identifying any potential issues before deployment to the live environment.

     

    Role Responsibilities/Duties:

    • Design and execute test scripts to validate the Salesforce application's performance.
    • Conduct walkthroughs of application tests as per documented plans.
    • Perform unit, module, system, regression, stress, and pilot tests.
    • Collaborate closely with application developers to integrate testing into project plans.
    • Assist in setting quality assurance procedures and ensure adherence.
    • Specify approaches for creating test data and conditions for test scenarios.
    • Prepare testing schedules and document expected results.
    • Review Functional/Technical Specifications and Requirements documents.

     

    Qualifications:

    • 3+ years of experience in information technology with a focus on Quality Assurance and test script development.
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience/certification.

     

    Preferred:

    • Graduate degree.
    • Technical certifications.
    • Proficiency in preparing schedules, documentation, and test data.
    • Strong communication skills and problem-solving ability.

    • Collaboration: Works closely with application developers and team members.
    • Problem-Solving: Identifies and resolves issues encountered during testing.
    • Time Management: Manages testing schedules effectively.
    • Adaptability: Able to adjust testing approaches based on project requirements.
    • Continuous Learning: Stays updated on new Quality Assurance methods and tools.
