    JOB SUMMARY

    NOTE:  This is a FLEX Associate Engagement  

    Position type: Full-Time

     

    The Financial Coordinator for B2B Events and Programs is responsible for managing financial and administrative tasks, supporting global B2B projects and tactics. Key responsibilities include invoice processing, budget reconciliation, and event cost management, with an emphasis on maintaining accuracy and efficiency. Ideal candidates possess an accounting or financial background and excel in administrative duties.

     

    Role Responsibilities/Duties:

    • Manage invoice payment and budget reconciliation process for global B2B projects.
    • Coordinate with finance colleagues worldwide to ensure accurate and efficient invoice processing.
    • Process event costs back to hotels post-event within a specified timeframe.
    • Serve as the central point of contact for billing inquiries, ensuring timely responses.
    • Proactively monitor invoice status to prevent delays and vendor escalations.
    • Work closely with the B2B Events & Programs team to manage and reconcile marketing and event budgets.
    • Implement and maintain sustainable work processes and systems to support strategy execution.
    • Maintain up-to-date information to ensure accurate reporting.

     

    Qualifications:

    • Two or more years of relevant professional experience in finance, accounting, or related function.
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Finance, or related field from an accredited university.
    • Proven ability to deliver results under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong project management skills with a track record of meeting objectives.
    • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
    • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.

    • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
    • Analytical mindset to evaluate financial data and solve problems efficiently.
    • Proactive approach to monitoring invoice status and preventing delays.

    • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a remote/virtual environment.
