Position type: Full-Time
Join the Global Brand and Marketing team at Marriott International as the Creative Project Manager, tasked with overseeing the development and execution of compelling narratives, platforms, and campaigns that drive business growth and brand success. Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to manage project workflows and ensure the delivery of high-quality marketing collateral and customer-facing content.
Role Responsibilities/Duties:
- Establish and manage project workflows for client campaigns, marketing collateral, and customer-facing content.
- Evaluate and enhance current processes, and document new processes as needed.
- Project manage production-related collateral projects, including printed and digital design creative assets.
- Collaborate with brand teams to develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with brand goals.
- Coordinate content development for owned digital platforms in collaboration with global marketing, content studio, digital marketing, and public relations teams.
- Collaborate effectively with creative, production, and marketing teams within Riott Haus Creative.
- Responsible for project estimating, scheduling, execution, and tracking across internal departments.
- Monitor project deliverables and budgets, and communicate priorities, challenges, and opportunities to cross-functional team members.
Qualifications:
- 4-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration or related major.
- 4+ years of relevant professional experience showing progressive career growth and exceptional performance.
- 2+ years of experience managing print and digital collateral projects.
- Prior experience at a creative agency, media agency, or in-house agency required.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple time-sensitive assignments simultaneously.
Competencies:
- Strong project management skills, including estimating, scheduling, and tracking.
- Excellent communication skills for conveying project status, timing, and resource availability.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Adobe Workfront for managing project workflows.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality assurance.
- Adaptability and resilience in handling complexity and ambiguity.
